A screened lanai might connect to your pool, border a patio, or wrap around the side of your house. Some are completely new builds with foundations and roofing, while others convert an existing covered patio or carport into a protected retreat. We design each project based on your house and what kind of lanai you want to create.

We start every lanai project with a walkthrough and consultation. Sometimes we'll start with sketches or inspiration photos, but other potential clients prefer to talk it through onsite. Either way, we work closely with you to choose the right layout, roof style, mesh material, and ceiling finish.
Most of our screened lanais are constructed using powder-coated aluminum frames. This allows for almost zero maintenance and better long-term durability in Florida's humidity. For the screening, we recommend Super Screen mesh, which holds up well in the sun and resists tears from pets, branches, and daily wear.
You can choose between several roof options, including insulated aluminum panels or traditional shingle-style roofs. We also offer wood grain aluminum ceilings. If your lanai needs a concrete slab, we can pour and finish that as part of your project. Every enclosure is drawn in 2D and 3D before construction begins, so you can approve the design and feel confident in the final result.
